Our personalized pet ID tags provide quick and easy access to our 24/7 Reuniters Helpline. We offer an array of styles and colors to match your pet's personality. On many, you can add your pet's name, too!

Please enter the id number to appear on your collar or collar tag. This number must be a microchip serial number, tattoo number, AKC Reunite collar tag number, or AKC registration number that is already enrolled with AKC Reunite. You are also asked to provide information from the primary contact on your AKC Reunite enrollment for verification purposes.

Where Can I Find My Pet's Microchip/ID Number?

If your pet is enrolled with AKC Reunite, you can find a microchip/ID number on the pet's AKC Reunite collar tag or any enrollment confirmation or collar tag offer email.
